Service Appt All is fine with the car but the service is not as great as the dealers that I frequented prior to moving to Cherry Hill. When we made the appointmen All is fine with the car but the service is not as great as the dealers that I frequented prior to moving to Cherry Hill. When we made the appointment due to an issue we were told that a loaner car would not be available until Dec 13th. This has never been the case anywhere I’ve been before and it caused both myself and my husband to have to leave work early in order to be able to meet up to drop it off as well as me having to take public transportation into work which wasted an additional 2 and half hours of my day. It was the lessor of two evils because the last time I had a minor issue I was forced to take a PTO day because I spent half the day there waiting. In both Little Silver, NJ and Brooklyn, NY they always had loaners, they always returned the cars spotless and detailed, their service advisors answer their phones and you are not forced to leave messages, and they go over all of the issues you had with the car when you dropped it off to make sure all is corrected. Clearly not done here so i will have to waste what little free time I have to go back to check up on a minor issue that was not corrected. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner practically since I’m born & while I see other cars that I like I stick with Mercedes because of the unmatched service and that may no longer be the case since I moved to South NJ. Even the dealer in Floridas service where my parents live was better than this! And FL os notoriously known for slow & poor service. More

Poor customer service I called in a day before to confirm my appointment with a loaner & i was told that all is confirmed. They didn't have my my loaner when i came in. I was there from 7:30 until 8:50am until the driver took me to avis for a rental. Horrible experience u like to the customer service you will get from cadillac & BMW. This dealership is not meeting the standard of a luxury brand since they are the only one in south jersey & you have no other option. They have poor hospitality from the service advisor to front desk when you pick up your car. You could just feel the employee dont have smile on their face & seems burn out. More
