Service to get you in and out is very slow. This is the second or third time I have dealt with this department in last month (2 different cars) same results to get you in and out is very slow. This is the second or third time I have dealt with this department in last month (2 different cars) same results I reserve car both times. So you would think you should just check in and depart each time it took over 30 mins. More

Great service! We own a 2013 S350 blue tech and a 2012 E350 cabriolet. Service team is always going out of their way to make sure that we are well taken care of. David S has made special arrangements for transportation, secured loaner vehicles and effectively communicating when our car needs more than routine service. On occasion they have even sent the roadside assistance crew to my office when I was unable to make it to the dealer for service. We are very happy with our vehicles and extremely happy with the service we have received at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill. The great service will keep us coming back Roy H. More
Never use the service department I purchased about 5 vehicles with cherry hill mercedes. C400 was my last. Tires blew out all the time. Wanted to charge me for yet another replaced tire despite my holding onto the car waiting for new car -- which I have now canceled and going to another dealership either BMW or Audi. DO NOT BUY YOUR MERCEDES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BUY YOUR MERCEDES FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! I am Here for routine maintenance for my 2017 GLS 550 and rim damage and slit of rubber cut from my tire. BUY YOUR MERCEDES FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! I am Here for routine maintenance for my 2017 GLS 550 and rim damage and slit of rubber cut from my tire. First off, no loaner car was available so I was stuck getting a ride to work and back from work when my car was finished. I also purchased the tire plan in which was marketed to me by my salesman Mark and the lady who closed the deal Cateria as a protection for my rims and tires. Well after having my car all day, they called to tell me that my car was finished and my tire damage was not covered by my tire protection plan!!!! WHAT????? What do you mean my tire needs are not covered under my tire protection plan? That is not what you told me when you sold me the plan. I literally am driving a brand new 2017 Mercedes GLS 550 with a slit of tire missing and my rim damaged and I bought a protection plan that supposedly covers my tires and rims for incidents such as this. But now I am here and of course that is not covered under my plan!!!!! THIS IS OUR 6st MERCEDES and I can not even get a rental so that I can go to work to pay for this "ELITE " MERCEDES. $100,000 car and a Loaner car is not guaranteed when you bring your car in for service? I love Mercedes and my friends in other states have one and always get a loaner, so it is this particular dealership who doesn't offer you the elite service that one should get when driving a MERCEDES! FYI- Range Rover gives you a loaner all the time, I know because I have one too. BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS AT CHERRY HILL MERCEDES! BUY YOUR MERCEDES ELSEWHERE! More
