Stay away from this place! I saw lots of bad reviews from people who got some kind of work/service done here. But I thought they must be some pissed customers but now I know why I saw lots of bad reviews from people who got some kind of work/service done here. But I thought they must be some pissed customers but now I know why. Its not the people, its this dealership. All these reviews are for a reason. This dealership is full of scam artists. They will get your credit card information and when you return the loaner, they will definitely find bubbles on the tire. My wife had some work done on her car, work done was sub par, kept the car for three weeks and did not even vacuum the car, the hood of the car does not close properly now. They took the credit card information and charged the card without even telling us, they did not even bother sending up written bill or anything not even a voice mail. All in all, it was very bad experience, I did not expect this from a Mercedes dealership, not at all. I am seriously considering other brands. They are disgrace to Mercedes brand, its time they should do something about this dealership in particular!!! More

(MY PROBLEM IS NOT WITH TOM) First of all, I have never had to give up my credit card information to use a loner vehicle. So right away I should have known it was a setup, but because they had my credit card information on file they all of a sudden found "bubbles in the tires" and charged my card for 2 brand new tires for their loner vehicle. By the way I only drove the car to and from work, and to and from the dealership. BULL CRAP! This was my worst experience with Mercedes. I have never been treated like this and I've been a loyal customer since 2008. Not until coming to Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill, NJ do I want to trade in my Mercedes for a Lexus. These people are rude, and I will NEVER EVER have any service done with them NOR will I recommend them to anyone! As a matter of fact I am done with Mercedes. I will be purchasing from Lexus in the near future because I hear they take really good care of their customers. It sucks that I was the sucker they got to put new tires on their loner vehicle. WHAT THEY SHOULD DO IN THE FUTURE IS TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS BUT I'M SURE THEY WON'T BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THEY GET YOU! AND I'M SURE THEY ENJOY FINDING OTHER SUCKERS LIKE ME.. !!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I bought a brand new Mercedes 2013, that I took to this dealer for service when the tire sensors turned on, 1st , the dealer has very bad sustomer service, 2nd, I dropped the car and they promised same day dealer for service when the tire sensors turned on, 1st , the dealer has very bad sustomer service, 2nd, I dropped the car and they promised same day exam and repair as it was a minor problem, but they did not keep the promise , they had to keep the car for one more day, 3rd, thay called me the day after stating they took care of the problem and the sensor ligh is now off, I went and took the car, just to find out that after I drove only two miles that the tire sensor light is back on, so I called them back and told them that the car is not fixed, they asked me to bring the car back and leave it for about 4-6 days, when I asked for a rental car, they denied(I have a brand new 2013 M benz) , they were very rude, they said they can't give a rental car. I took the car to another dealer ( Westchester, PA) and they were vey friendly, they apologized for the unpleasent experience that I just had, they gave me a rental car( mercedes also) and they diagnosed the problem correctly, they found that the tire sensors was malfunction and they had to replace the 4 sensors. I shared my experience with my collegues and some of them shared the same concerns with the Cherryhill dealer. I will never recommend cherryhill dealer to anyone, I just can't immagin how they stay in bussiness, their prices were high to start with( I got my car from westchester dealer $1300 dollers less), and most importantly, Cherryhill mercedes really lacks customer service. if anyone tried the Westchester dealer, they won't think twice, they will definitly leave cherryhill dealer forever and they will get to know, what is a good customer service and they will understand why I drive 70 miles to go to westchester dealer rather than going to my neighbor cherryhill dealer!!!!! I own a 2003 SL500 I needed a new strut for my vehicle,I called parts for this part and spoke with an employee named JP .He said they had the part for my car and it would cost $ 800.00. I picked up the part and took it to my mechanic and he said it was remanufactured part.I tried to return it and this JP acted like an animal,he got in my face and told me he would not take it back even though I had my reciept.He threatened me Violence and told me not to ever come back.Iam going to court against these people and I would not recommend this company to anyone More
Bad services. Was not explained clearly to customer that taking service maintenance plan will save customer money 30% off the service. Pay EXTRA money for nothing. Won't do biz with you again. The service manager I have dealt with on multiple occasions is rude and ignorant. I have asked multiple times to be transferred to a different service manager, but they continue to stick with the sam occasions is rude and ignorant. I have been coming to this dealership for service since 2009 after I purchased my first Mercedes elsewhere. Dan always accommodates me by letting me bring my car in on short notice and has it taken to a s 2009 after I purchased my first Mercedes elsewhere. It is always ready when he says it will be, and this dealership charges the lowest service fees in the region. Dan's handling of my service needs was the initial reason I considered buying my new Benz from this dealership. More
My car was rear ended and I took it to the mercedes benz body shop for repair. I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. At the end of the first week, I found out that they had not even started working on body shop for repair. I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. At the end of the first week, I found out that they had not even started working on the car. Everytime I called, I was told that the car will be repaired by monday. Apparently they are waiting for a part to come from Germany. It took them 7 weeks to get the part from germany. The frustation was not knowing who is to blame for the delay. The body shop recommended by MB says they cannot do anything as the part is backordered (I am not sure why they didn't know that prior to asking me to drop off my car for repair). MB at cherry hill says they dont have anything to do with it and would not give the backordered part from another car. When I called the main MB customer service they said that since the car was in an accident they are not responsible for delays due to backorder of parts. The whole experience was very frustrating as no one was willing to take any responsibility. If you are looking for a place with good customer service, find someplace else. Will definitely not be buying any other vehicles from MB. More
The promise is better than the delivery as regards service. I've had a string of issues that do not get properly fixed and then need to have the car return or be fixed again the next time.
