My Mercedes-Benz S-Class was damaged at the authorized service center—specifically, the front bumper. That was only the beginning. The transmission kept failing despite multiple visits to the service center. Eventually, they replaced it, but even after that, the vehicle broke down twice on the road. After sharing my honest experience with a 1-star review on Google, the service manager told me that unless I remove the review, they would no longer provide service to me. My answer is clear: No, I will not remove it. I never expected this kind of treatment from a brand like Mercedes. I’ve decided to sell the vehicle and switch to a different brand. The entire experience has been truly unbelievable. More

We are traveling in our RV Mercedes Spinter and the engine light come on. I pulled up a 7:00am without an appointment and they had me in the shop by 7:30.
