Don’t buy a used car here Noticed a bent wheel rim on the used car I purchased. Negotiated that repair off the price. Later found two other wheel rims were bent. They had the audacity to say I bent them after I bought it. This was a car for my daughter so safety was a concern. Don’t buy a used car here as obviously they don’t inspect their used car inventory at all and will sell you an unsafe unroadworthy vehicle. More

Best in business Best of the best. I stopped by for a test drive. I was offered a Benz for several hours to try and see if I liked it. Later that day I called and Tom Best of the best. I stopped by for a test drive. I was offered a Benz for several hours to try and see if I liked it. Later that day I called and Tom was busy. The receptionist did not even place me on hold but transferred me the the busiest person ... The Sales Manager. Dan. I was surprised due to the fact that the same day I visited a different dealer in St. Louis and did not have the chance to meet the manager despite the fact that I offered to buy two cars at the time... After talking to Dan, I got all my questions answered. Did not buy the car that day. A week later returned to the same dealer and was treated better than before"wow"! Now, I'm a guy with an heavy accent. Dan and Tom treated us with consideration and respect, went above and beyond our expectations and DID THEY DELIVER! In my last 25 years, I purchased or leased from Porsche to BMW...ETC. This was the absolute best experience I've had so far. Yes we got the vehicle, BEAUTIFULLY prepared and presented to our son. IMPRESSIVE! After all , the service manager, has gone above and beyond to make things right. Appreciate your efforts David! More

Something changed here....and it's definitely BETTER. I've been in this store and other dealerships a couple of times always "wanting" to make a Mercedes purchase, but not exactly sure. As a woman, I've I've been in this store and other dealerships a couple of times always "wanting" to make a Mercedes purchase, but not exactly sure. As a woman, I've had different experiences. I know it's hard for men to figure this out, but I do not want to be talked down to or treated with kid gloves.... just shown the cars. When I walked in the other day, even in the way I was greeted, I sensed something had changed and really enjoyed meeting with Larry and Joe Wolk. These guys were genuine and helpful and I will not hesitate to refer them to my friends. More

Outstanding customer service!!! I went to the Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield today to see about purchasing a used GMC Acadia. Joe Mudd and Travis Gude worked with me. I had a set mont I went to the Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield today to see about purchasing a used GMC Acadia. Joe Mudd and Travis Gude worked with me. I had a set monthly payment i was trying to achieve and both of them went above and beyond to help get me the financing i needed to work within my budget. They were true professionals in every sense of the word. They say customer service is a dying art, but not here. I even had to come in to look at the vehicle 30 min late due to my mother being in the hospital and both Joe and Travis first thing remembered this and asked me how she was. I was really caught off guard and blown away. If you need a car this is the place to go. I will definitely be back in the future if i need a vehicle. More

My first Mercedes The gentlemen at Mercedes of Chesterfield are tops!! I've been researching Mercedes for weeks and finally got time after work to take a test drive. The gentlemen at Mercedes of Chesterfield are tops!! I've been researching Mercedes for weeks and finally got time after work to take a test drive. Matt was informative without being overbearing as others car sales people tend to be. He was attentive without annoying - he made my experience wonderful! Travis was very supportive before signing and a real pro at signing time. I went with the idea of exactly what I was going to drive and discuss but through Matt's education and assistance he put me in a much better car than what I thought. On top of all these wonderful experiences, both stayed well pay closing time to send me home in my new car... Best car buying experience I've ever had in my over 40 car buying years!
