I had such a great experience at this dealership! Very informative, stayed in constant contact with me through the whole process and always keeping her word and making herself available to me even on her off days. Vehicle intake rep was courteous, professional & thorough. Technicians worked through vehicle issues & recommended additional (logical) services, which I approved. Vehicle was returned to operating thorough. Technicians worked through vehicle issues & recommended additional (logical) services, which I approved. Vehicle was returned to operating condition so I could continue my use of it for long-distance driving. However… 5:55pm on previous Sat, no one answered the phone at the dealership. I received zero help from dealership in getting appropriate tow assistance to get my vehicle to the repair facility. I repeatedly asked to speak in-person to the dealership GM, but his subordinates shielded him. The reputation of this brand is suffering, because of poor communication & inadequate training. More
