Vehicle intake rep was courteous, professional & thorough. Technicians worked through vehicle issues & recommended additional (logical) services, which I approved. Vehicle was returned to operating condition so I could continue my use of it for long-distance driving. However… 5:55pm on previous Sat, no one answered the phone at the dealership. I received zero help from dealership in getting appropriate tow assistance to get my vehicle to the repair facility. I repeatedly asked to speak in-person to the dealership GM, but his subordinates shielded him. The reputation of this brand is suffering, because of poor communication & inadequate training. More
