First of all, it’s interesting how fast your company responded to a negative publicly posted review. I wish you had been that attentive to my phone calls and emails when I was having issues with the quality of your work and when I was concerned about my family’s safety… another example of terrible customer service and inability to resolve issues with your dissatisfied customers. Second of all, I agree that ‘diagnostic and repairs costs were provided upfront’ and yes, we agreed to your recommendations because we TRUSTED your judgement and expertise. The bottom line is, you did NOT fix our SUV over six month’s period and that was the reason why we looked for help somewhere else. Whatever your ‘master certified technicians’ did to our vehicle (pardon my sarcasm, but you should be embarrassed for throwing them under the bus), did not address issues our vehicle was having. And, later when issues were brought up to the management’s attention, they completely ignored us refused to take any responsibility for failed services and parts that should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In my opinion, this is not the quality Mercedes stands for.
