Though I leased my car at another dealership, I chose this firm to service my car. Most recently, I brought my car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. It was a pleasure working with Chuck Benson, this firm to service my car. Most recently, I brought my car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. It was a pleasure working with Chuck Benson, my service consultant! Returning home after picking up my car, I noticed a couple of scratches on my hood that I thought weren't there when I brought it in. After contacting Chuck, I made an appointment to bring in the car to have the scratches examined. After viewing the check-in photos that he took at my initial appointment, it appeared inconclusive as to whether the scratches were there previously or not. Nevertheless, Chuck and his service manager (Matt?) had the scratches buffed out. Additionally, Matt took the initiative to remove some marks that I'd made myself to the front driver's side valence. All in all, both Chuck and Matt were very professional and went above and beyond what I had previously come to expect from a dealership service department. More
