Jesus, truly provided honest and friendly customer service from beginning to end. I never felt like he was just trying to fix as much stuff as possible and he truly advised me as if I was a friend and service from beginning to end. In a year where customer service seems to have taken the back seat for many businesses - Mercedes Benz is not one of those businesses. Their customer service is still top priority for them! I live 5 hours f back seat for many businesses - Mercedes Benz is not one of those businesses. Their customer service is still top priority for them! I live 5 hours from the dealership and on the December 23rd decided I wanted to trade in my current car and get a new one and I wanted to pick it up in a couple of days. I called and they referred me to Atanas Petrov to help me. Atanas takes time to listen to what we were looking for, and took notes of all of our questions, then went and got us the answers to our questions and sent links to the cars we were looking for that meet our needs. Every question I texted to him was promptly answered. On December 26th we finalized the deal and I was able to drive down and pick up the car on the 28th. We had asked that all of the paperwork and such would be done in advance so that I could spend as short of time as possible at the dealership. Atanas said he would take care of it and have everything ready.. and he did! He was pleasant and cheerful when I met him and he went out of his way to get things done. I was very impressed with him and happy to be pulling out of the dealership an hour and 20 minutes later with my new car! This is my second purchase from this dealership, and it won't be my last. In the world of craziness we are currently in, its nice to find a business that still makes customer service their number one priority! More
