The "team" that understands my needs and represents Mercedes I was in need of replacing a previous Mercedes due to an accident. I look at many different car makes and models. I was sold on the Mercedes-Benz SU I was in need of replacing a previous Mercedes due to an accident. I look at many different car makes and models. I was sold on the Mercedes-Benz SUVs. I contacted several dealerships and spoke with several different sale reps. It wasn't until I spoke with David that my needs were consider and being meet.Other sales reps were showing me vehicles that I had made clear where not what I wanted. David understood my needs and followed through on what I wanted/needed. He kept to every commitment of getting back to me, answering my questions, offering assistant in understanding the vehicle at time of the purchase and even after I took delivery. He doesn't rush me, and is respectful of my time and other commitments. I truly have to say that if David and I did not work together I might have chosen a different dealership. The whole end to end experience has me appreciating the Mercedes product line and as a repeat customer I will definitely request David for my next purchase. More
