Ended up being a very unpleasant experience with Michael at this location. Had everything in order to go purchase a vehicle. Even tried offering up money so I could get up there and purchase, and they sold at this location. Had everything in order to go purchase a vehicle. They wasted multiple days of mine, they’ll do it to you as well. Was told via google reviews to talk to general manager so they could restore faith. After general manager reached out, my experience was no different than the first if not worse. General manager didn’t have anything to say other than we’re really sorry about 10 times. Then says we will look for something else, without even asking what it was I was looking for. Obviously not worried about said scenario. This is bad business. Handled very poorly. Being a Mercedes owner currently, this situation really surprises me a Mercedes dealer has operated in this manner. I would not recommend this dealer. More
