Not only are the staff top notch, the facility is very comfortable and gorgeous as well, and the playroom is great for little ones—it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. The financial process was quick and easy although the terms were slightly different from the first time we talked. Natalie was a nice touch before I drove MY car off the lot. She got into the car with me and walked through all the features. To top off the great experience, Guido followed me home to drop off the car I was driving. This has been a good start to my first Mercedes and I am hopeful I will have the same rave reviews at the end of my lease. More

I had been researching various brands of SUVs and I had a good idea of what I wanted. I had met so many sales people in the process of looking for the right SUV that it typically turns me off. However, Alvin made us feel very comfortable and there were no hard pressure sales tactics. He was very patient with me as I had a ton of questions and I couldn't make up my mind. He allowed me to take the time to sort through my thoughts and research before I made final decision. Alvin has very good nurturing quality about him that makes you feel like you're family.
