The experience that I had could have gone in a few different directions. I was in the market to replace my S550 and had contacted several dealerships within the Chicago la different directions. I called MB Of Chicago and was transferred to Mr. Joseph Smalzer who greeted me with such enthusiasm, I told Joe what I was in the market for and he immediately started the search to getting me into my new car.
