I had a wonderful experience with Joanna Davila. Joanna was very knowledgeable, kind, open and focused on helping me find a vehicle that matched my needs, goals and finances. Joanna also had humor, Joanna was very knowledgeable, kind, open and focused on helping me find a vehicle that matched my needs, goals and finances. Joanna also had humor, and helped arrange getting me some food, as I was hungry and needed something to eat. Joanna then guided me through the entire process, discussed options, assisted me with getting my finance needs arranged, trained me on using the technology in the vehicle. Joanna displayed respect and integrity in our interactions, and made this process of purchasing a new car fun and easy. Joanna was patient, reviewed everything, and provided an overall stellar experience. Thank you very much! More
