After a long day flying from San Francisco to Cincinnati with connections, I raced up to the Mercedes dealership. I arrived with my family 1/2 hour before closing time on a Friday and fortunately met Zach G with connections, I raced up to the Mercedes dealership. I arrived with my family 1/2 hour before closing time on a Friday and fortunately met Zach Glutz as things were going to get a bit challenging before the day was over. Regardless of the time, Zach was patient in showing us the E-350 we were interested in and took us on a test drive. When we were about to leave the dealership the battery in my 09 Saab decided to find an inopportune time to go dead - no prior warning. Well, by this time the dealerhip and all employees had left, except Zach. Zach tried to locate a battery jump devise or cables to no avail. I was about to call a cab to take me to an auto parts store to buy a battery and some tools when Zach offered to take me there. Keep in mind that Zach had a dog at home that needed to be let out.....and he was starting his vacation. We arrived back at my disabled vehicle an hour after the dealership had closed and Zach even gave me a pair of gloves to install the battery with as I was still in work cloths.
