Very bad service. First, labor is $200/hrs. Too much. Second, service should have completed in 1 1/2 hrs. This service should cost about $550. I paid 772.90. What is s First, labor is $200/hrs. I don't agree with this shop repair charge. They asked me to replace back two tiers for $1289. Even the tiers had enough trades go another 7K -8k miles. Very unprofessional service overall!!! More

Great experience with the service department- they diagnosed my car properly after I guessed what could have been wrong with it. When the diagnosis ended up being less costly than anticipated, they re diagnosed my car properly after I guessed what could have been wrong with it. When the diagnosis ended up being less costly than anticipated, they reduced their quote to match. They were familiar with common issues too so it was reassuring to have that expertise, they performed all the recalls while the car was in, and the work was done quickly as well. More
