Ms Halewyn, I apologize again that our technician failed resecuring a sensor properly during your service with us and put you in a situation that left you stranded. The representative that answered your call when you became stranded has been coached on the proper way to assist our customers when something like this happens. As we discussed while you were here after being towed back to us, I personally checked, and test drove your vehicle after our shop foreperson and technician corrected the issue. I apologize for not realizing the Preferred A service (689.95) I offered free of charge on your next service as compensation for our mistake was not good enough at the time of us talking.
