The service advisors are always very nice and pleasant, however, they never tell you the full story or details. You always get bits of the details and then the next time you come in, it’s a different story however, they never tell you the full story or details. I don’t mind paying for great service, but so many times I’ve been tricked into various items and it gets exhausting. Won’t be purchasing another Mercedes after this one. More
