I was pleased with the process of checking the car in and determining what needed to be done. I was pleased with the repairs and the price charged. Excellent advice and service for the A/C issues with my ML350. Work was completed in a timely manner. Loaner vehicle was not needed since I have a second vehicle. Uber services were provided and used to my ML350. Work was completed in a timely manner. Loaner vehicle was not needed since I have a second vehicle. Uber services were provided and used to my home at no cost to me. I declined Uber service for vehicle pickup, it was not necessary.
