Horrible experience Service messed my car up and Ashley the receptionist could care less. I just left the dealership drove 1 mile asked for help as I was stranded. Car would not go over 20 miles on 45 sout the receptionist could care less. I just left the dealership drove 1 mile asked for help as I was stranded. Car would not go over 20 miles on 45 south and was told to call roadside assistance my self! That she could not call for me. Vehicle had no issues upon arrival. The vehicle was in service for my general mileage service. Paid Mercedes $932.12 for general maintenance today and was told to call road side assistance my self! Very poor customer service. Honestly they did not care! I was offered an oil change on my next service by the service manager. He never offered to remove the oil change service price or any type of discount off my services for today. Even though he said I was going to take care of you for your inconvenience and humans make mistakes. I arrived at 10:30 am as scheduled and did not leave until 3:30 pm after being towed and car being reevaluated to find out the service department did not connect a sensor. Very dangerous situation I was left stranded. More
