I purchased a 2013 S-Class on November 19, 2021. No mention that the car only had one key until I paid for the vehicle. They advertised the original, and then three different price adjustments up each mention that the car only had one key until I paid for the vehicle. They advertised the original, and then three different price adjustments up each week after that. They stated repairs were completed that had not been completed. Buyer beware! Caveat emptor!!!! IMO a horrible misrepresentation. More

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not trust the management and staff at this dealership. I placed a deposit on two vehicles. They assumed I was going with another dealership because they marked their EQS up $10 k. I te this dealership. I placed a deposit on two vehicles. They assumed I was going with another dealership because they marked their EQS up $10 k. I text the sales associate Ashley regularly to follow up but NEVER said to refund the money. Instead - the dealership sold the cars up from under me AND DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. At the end of the day - its all about making more money since they agreed to $5k over sticker to me but probably ended up getting $10k by underselling me. More
