My car was in for a 40K mile service as well as a problem with the keyless-go system. While the car was there, the service techs identified a problem with the motor mounts and repaired that. During all of that time, I was provided with a very nice loaner car (2015 C-300 4Matic) which I would now recommend as a "buy" for anyone considering a new car in that price range. More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! We were told buying a Mercedes was a lot like entering a family. We didn't really understand that until we bought one ourselves. We had our 8 year old with us and they even made it a fun experience for her. Everyone is friendly and appears to sincerely love their job! Lauren is very sweet and knowledgeable about each vehicle and the features it comes with. She didn't mind answering our questions, no matter how many of them we had. She was considerate enough to setup the custom features for us and patient while we learned them even after they closed. I jokingly asked for a big red bow and Lauren actually found one for us! That made my day:) Edgar worked hard for us to find just the right one and John made financing fun. We appreciate you all! I can honestly say after this buying experience we will never buy anything, but a Mercedes. My only regret is not buying one sooner! More
