Absolutely the worst experience of any dealerships I've ever dealt with! No one knows whats going on. Absolutely NO communication between staff to each other or to the customer. Did service work on a pre ever dealt with! No one knows whats going on. Absolutely NO communication between staff to each other or to the customer. Did service work on a pre paid plan and then charged me an additional $604.00 with out approving the work before it was done. I have never written a review like this before but hopefully this will keep someone from buying at Mercedes of Collerville so they will not have to endure this type of fraud. More
