My service rep Camden always goes above and beyond his duties to take care of me and my car. His customer service skills and knowledge of MCB vehicles is superb and always satisfactorily answers my questi duties to take care of me and my car. He’s outgoing and friendly; Always making me sure I fully understand the services required for my car. NEVER pushy or intimidating he ensures I’m comfortable and satisfied with the work completed on my car. He is careful to Ensure I am not overcharged on service or parts, and even gives me a couple of nice to haves when my car is finished with its servicing. He always checks my car out to be sure nothing was missed;’as a matter of fact at my last visit he notices a bubble in one of my new tires and ordered me a new one right away. Camden also knows me by sight..,which is very comforting. He ALWAYS makes me feel like a valued customer. Because of him, I will ever go to another MCB dealership for any type of service. I TRUST HIM and give him 5 stars out of 5 for his customer service , knowledge, and overall performance as a service rep. You need to keep this young man!!!! More
