Everything is overpriced at MB for sure. I got my GLC 300 which I bought CPO at the Collierville location, and they said the battery needed to be replaced and charged me over $400. Talk about a huge markup. Even after making an appointment online, they struggled to find the appointment. Of course, they had no courtesy vehicles, and after waiting for two hours for their car to drop me home, I took an Uber. Overall, a bad experience and I will find it hard to recommend this dealership to anyone. More
