I was stranded in Little Rock Arkansas in my 2017 Sprinter Van - in limp mode. I was going from Kansas City to LaPlace, Louisiana to help some friends with hurricane damage since I own a mold Company Sprinter Van - in limp mode. I was going from Kansas City to LaPlace, Louisiana to help some friends with hurricane damage since I own a mold Company. The dealership in Little Rock did not work on vans. They said I would have to have it towed to Memphis. The woman at the service desk in Mercedes Benz - Collierville (Memphis) said they were 3 weeks out before they could work on my van. I was stranded in Little Rock! I was not angry, I understood. But I ask her to please give some option to try next. She gave me John Galvalisi’s number…no answer. I really did not know what to do. Then HE RETURNED MY CALL! He was SO great. He said he would not leave me stranded. I had it towed to Memphis.. within 24 hrs of that call, my van was running great again. At my lowest point I decided I was going to trade my van in on a new Ford Transit. At least it is easier to get local service. But I love Mercedes diesel motors, now I love Mercedes Service. The Service Lady and John saved my life. Plus it was all covered under Warranty.! More
