Drove all the way from Kansas City to do business with this Mercedes dealer. I emailed an inquiry for a 2020 Cadillac Escalade esv and as soon as they opened, I received a call from Christie Weldon. Christie was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. By the time I arrived, she had the SUV pulled up front and we were off on a test drive immediately. I had no intention in buying the vehicle that evening as I had two more I was looking at the next day, but because of Christie, I didn’t even waste my time. My trade-in was already priced out and they made me a very fair deal. Byron Jacobs finalized all my paperwork and came in on his day off, explained all the optional warranties with precision and I was out the door in 30 minutes. The general manager even came over to thank me for my business. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but this was by far my best experience.
