Horrible!! I dropped my car off Monday for service and as of Thursday my car is still sitting. I called the service department and was told my service advisor wasn’t there Wednesday and Thursday. So if he as of Thursday my car is still sitting. I called the service department and was told my service advisor wasn’t there Wednesday and Thursday. So if he never comes back will I never get my car back?? I asked to speak to the server manager and for a loaner vehicle needless to say neither has happened. More
Gavin, Harold, Rebecca, and Armandi were all personable and made the experience enjoyable. Gavin greeted me when I walked in, and treated me like I was his 'very first' customer of the day. He made an exceptional first impression in that he was professional, friendly without being pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was also dressed professionally, which matched the overall atmosphere of the dealership. He focused on providing relevant information about the vehicle and displaying friendliness. Harold joined the conversation at the appropriate time and displayed the same level of professionalism as Gavin. Harold utilized effective selling techniques without alienating--something that a lot of sales professionals/managers do not do well. Armandi mainly remained in the background but affirmed the overall process and added to the professionalism of the process. Rich in finance was also effective. Rebecca is a great asset in that she is knowledgeable and personable. She effectively demonstrated features and executed the 'set up' of phone-to-vehicle communications, registration, etc. with precision. Overall--it was a good buying experience. More
