Worst experience I’ve ever had. I was quoted a monthly note with taxes & tags. When I got to the dealership to sign the papers I was told tags not included. The GM came to speak to me and didn’t apologiz note with taxes & tags. When I got to the dealership to sign the papers I was told tags not included. The GM came to speak to me and didn’t apologize for their error but rudely talked down to me (actually to my husband who was not purchasing the car) and said “we didn’t tell you that, we can’t do that, you know better”. GL 550 Rear Suspension Repair Mr. Phillip Casserino accommodated my request when there were significant number of cars were being admitted for service. Sinxce it was Thanksgiving Mr. Phillip Casserino accommodated my request when there were significant number of cars were being admitted for service. Sinxce it was Thanksgiving week, the repairs took a week. Mr. Casserino was exceptionally professional and helped me in the entire process. Very Good Service I really like the fact that I received an email reminding me that it was time to have my car in for its first service. I just dropped the car off wit I really like the fact that I received an email reminding me that it was time to have my car in for its first service. I just dropped the car off without an appointment with a list of questions. I was glad to talk to someone like John. He took the time to go over each item with me. When the service was finished, he called and arranged a time for me to pick up. He personally did a service follow up with me. The next day or the following I received an email from him thanking me and asking if I was happy with the service. More
Extremely disappointed in this service department I have a 2012 C250 and have taken my car into Mercedes Benz of Collierville for over 4 years. 90% of the time I have taken my car in for a problem and I have a 2012 C250 and have taken my car into Mercedes Benz of Collierville for over 4 years. 90% of the time I have taken my car in for a problem and it has come back with another problem. The service department has long wait times and the service is sub-par at best. I took my car in for an oil leak and they diagnosed a hose replacement. The hose was 75.00 the LABOR was 347.00 I paid my bill and went on my way. Within one hour of pick up my engine light came on and my car sounded like a tank. Now mind you, before taking it in the car ran fine, it was leaking oil but it showed no engine light and it ran smoothly. Prior to this visit, I took it in for an oil change and after that the diagnostic (slippery when wet) sign was disabled. Prior to that it took 8 hours for a 2 hour job. The service person forgot about me and my car. My service person was John G. He was great! It was everyone else that has been awful. This dealership is horrible. More
