I had initially said that I would not ever come back to this dealership as my first visit was unpleasant because of the previous salesman, but this time when I walked in and experienced such a welcoming and kind demeanor from Clarence, I knew that this would be the time I purchase my dream car (I have not purchased a car in 15 years!). Clarence did not pressure me but guided me to finding a car that "fit" me and my budget. I have already recommended the dealership to all of my family and friends. I’m happy to say that on my return trip to look at a possible change in model due to lifestyle needs Produce the same experience as the first. My sales person listened to what I needed and wanted and was able to match me to a certified M-B SUV that had everything I needed but allowed me to stay within the budget that I wanted to keep. All the staff was friendly and outgoing and helpful. And I really appreciate that John doesn’t take your entire day getting through financing. I look forward to coming back and having my training session with Rebecca to learn more about the bells and whistles on this vehicle. More
