Promises, promises, Promises I bought what I thought was a brand new GLE for over $62,000 only to find out that it's a complete lemon. They won't return a call, the salesman is "tired of dealing with it" and I have had a brand new car for 5 of 15 days. It's got brake issues, master key issues, the whole car just shut off on my wife while driving my two young kids. Service replaced a brake controller, brake sensor, computer, and it's still all messed up. And to top it off, while they had it, they ran it into a curb, then blamed me! so I asked for a new wheel and they said "oh, that can be fixed". Um, I have a brand new AMG wheel on a car, I don't want a cosmetic fix. I want a brand new AMG wheel. such a joke. This is such a joke dealership and the salesman Elliot Bowley should go back to Ford, he doesn't know a thing about a MB and just makes it all up as he goes. More

In this particular situation in Collierville, the dealership exceeded my expectations… I was blown away as to how catering and considerate that entire staff was.The general manager was phenomenal as well as the gentleman who I purchased my car from. I will absolutely be returning to this dealership for my future Mercedes needs, as well as recommending them to anyone interested in Mercedes-Benz. I highly suggest going to Basil as your sales guy. He was accommodating, and I genuinely believe he was looking out for my best interest… He was not pushy in anyway, and he put up with tons of demands lol. More

Traded 2015 Range Rover for 2018 Mercedes GLS450 I had let my 2006 Mercedes R 500 go because I had a 2015 Range Rover inherited from my husband and did not need two cars. I missed the R car so decide I had let my 2006 Mercedes R 500 go because I had a 2015 Range Rover inherited from my husband and did not need two cars. I missed the R car so decided to go to Mercedes Collierville to just check out something that might compare to the R car. I saw the GLS 450 and decided to test drive it. Did not plan on trading that day but I was working with Christie Weldon who had contacted me after my internet inquiry about trading in the Range Rover on a Mercedes. We worked out a deal and with very little hassle made the trade that day. Christie was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about the product. I have been pleased with the GLS 450. I am more Mercedes than Range Rover so am happy with my trade and pleases with the experience I have had with Mercedes Collierville thus far. More
