Mercedes Knows Customer Service Blew a tire in a pot hole on a rainy Wednesday morning. Mercedes Benz roadside assistance sent a wrecker to take my car to the dealership where I was Blew a tire in a pot hole on a rainy Wednesday morning. Mercedes Benz roadside assistance sent a wrecker to take my car to the dealership where I was provided transportation to work while the repair was being made to my tire. Everything from the way you are treated by the dealership staff to the speed of the work, to my car being returned cleaner that it was when it went in was fantastic. And I can't recommend the sales add-on for tire and wheel insurance enough. Something that would have cost hundreds was a mere $50 co-pay. Awesome job folks!! More
