But the "experience" I recently took the big step up to Mercedes Benz "S-Class". The quality, safety and performance of this vehicle is world class. But the "experience" of acquisition might have been less noteworthy were it not for the professionals at Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. The sales staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked hard to match my needs to a particular model and set of options. The finance manager was very efficient, accommodating and diligent in suggesting the best alternatives for my situation. The delivery training was comprehensive and accurate. Finally, the detailing done by the service department made me feel very proud as I drove my new car off the lot for the first time. I am a demanding buyer when operating at the “high end.” I feel that I deserve the best, but I am often disappointed. Not this time!
