Stranded in Tunica When I returned to my vehicle to leave for home my vehicle was completely locked up. I called Shawn and he put me with the Roadside service. They were 3 hours getting there but Shawn was with me all the way via phone. Shawn saw the my vehicle was repaired and back to me in Oxford in a timely manner. Shawn also went over and beyond to to find the problem with the door on my gas tank and had the door replaced. Even though the Roadside service was not up to my expectations the service at the Mercedes of Collierville was exceptional. More

After a less than satisfactory experience at another Mercedes location I brought my vehicle and its issues to the Mercedes Benz Collierville location. They responded positively to all of my needs and worked with me to resolve the issues as well as to not be inconvenienced in the interim. They appeared to have taken a more thorough assessment of the car overall (tires, alignment, fluids, filters, etc) from the time I drove it into the service dock thru picking it up after repairs, in addition to resolving the issues at hand.
