Attentive, Customer friendly. Accommodating After a less than satisfactory experience at another Mercedes location I brought my vehicle and its issues to the Mercedes Benz Collierville location. After a less than satisfactory experience at another Mercedes location I brought my vehicle and its issues to the Mercedes Benz Collierville location. They responded positively to all of my needs and worked with me to resolve the issues as well as to not be inconvenienced in the interim. They appeared to have taken a more thorough assessment of the car overall (tires, alignment, fluids, filters, etc) from the time I drove it into the service dock thru picking it up after repairs, in addition to resolving the issues at hand. Appreciated all of their efforts. More

Mercedes-Benz of Collierville was a win win experience for me. The dealership is new and clean. I like being able to sit in the waiting area and view my car being serviced. Snacks were good too. This dealership is located within walking distance to a mall. I was also able to save an hour in driving distance by using Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. It gets better...my car was due for a 60,000 mile service which is a big expensive one. I checked with two other mercedes dealerships that I had used previously and saved at least one third of of the price by using Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. I will use Mercedes-Benz of Collierville again! More
