Showed up on wrong day, still received service. I had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday morning at 9:30 for my ML350 for the 60,000 service (the biggie) and was to receive a loaner car. My mistake. I offered to come back the next day, when my appointment was actually scheduled, but they said they could work me in. They were still able to give me a loaner car as well. My car was ready later that day as promised and was shiny and clean! More
