First ever pleasant car buying experience! I took my daughter to Mercedes to look for her first car and I was referred to David. He was knowledgable, friendly, and funny! He wasn't pushy and for the first time ever I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle! He explained the details of the cars we looked at, like future servicing costs, maintenance schedules, etc. He was patient with all of our questions as well. He's called me on several occasions to see how my daughter liked her car and how she was doing in general. He even remembered that she would be starting school soon and called afterward to see how it was going! It was such a fantastic experience that I actually started looking for a different car for myself and ending up buying again! Pretty soon I plan on taking my son in for his next car. I have owned several vehicles in my life and dealt with numerous salesmen, some ok, & some not so pleasant. David is the first salesman that I actually had a fun time buying a car from and now consider a good friend! I would recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle. David, Gus, & the rest of the staff at Joe Machens Mercedes Benz are incredible! I will never go anywhere else.....unless I'm following these guys there! More

All of the staff were professional and worked to find the vehicle that best fit me and the needs of my family. This was by far the best car-buying experience I could have imagined. The team listened to us, recommended vehicles, explained available options and with no pressure, gave us the information we needed to make our selection. After our purchase they went over the owners guide with us and all of the vehicle functions. They took us through their facility including the parts and service departments. The staff are concerned with our on-going satisfaction with our vehicle. Their service and support start the minute you enter the lot and don't end with the sale. I would recommend the Joe Machens Automotive Group to anyone including my parents or children. I am certain that they will do everything they can to find the right vehicle for each person that visits their showroom. They will make you feel a part of their family during your purchase and will provide the on-going service and support that they would want someone to provide to their own families. My overall impression is that the staff are professional and knowledgeable about their products and the automotive industry. Your satisfaction is their number one priority overall. We worked mainly with Jon Sheltmire on our purchase and would recommend him. We also received a great deal of information from Chris Yllescas. I have never in my life felt so taken advantage of. leaving out the details, I have been around high end cars all my life and I have never seen a more rag tag service dept. Mercedes should be ashamed t leaving out the details, I have been around high end cars all my life and I have never seen a more rag tag service dept. Mercedes should be ashamed to have their name anywhere with in 100 miles of that place. And that is putting it nice. There was however one nice guy named Chris that tried to patch up the damage that was done. If I had any advice to Chris, Get away from that place. I guess thats what you get when the dealer has a tiny Mercedes Symbol eclipsed by a Cadi, Mazda, and Kia sign. All in all, shame on me for going! More

Would I recommend this dealership? No. Would I still pay the visit there for my car? I have no choice because this is the only mercedes service center within the 100 miles radius.
