Yes I liked the overall experience of my purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia Mo. Everyone on staff was friendly and pleasant and they welcomed myself and my dog Maggie making us comfortable from the start . The price drop text alert from the dealer website I signed up for set things in motion and I called and talked to Charles England and told him I was around 3 hours away so he gave me their best price that I felt was fair that got me on the road to a very niced used car. The finance manager got me a great rate which was really nice too. PS It was the exact car ... and exact color my wife wanted .. and one more thing ... I also liked the popcorn plus soda fountain and icee machine in the waiting area.
