I would like to take a moment to commend the service staff at Bill Ussery (Coral Gables) Mercedes Benz. I had my car towed in due to a bad fuel control computer. Bottom line Richie and Lorena made sure staff at Bill Ussery (Coral Gables) Mercedes Benz. I had my car towed in due to a bad fuel control computer. Mercedes Benz Coral Gables has a loyal customer for life. In about 1 year when I am ready to upgrade my 2006 c230, I will be doing it at Mercedes Benz Coral Gables. When I have my Service B, my oil change, my transmission service at 39k, they will all be done at Mercedes Benz Coral Gables. Richie and his team will make back much more than they helped save me not only with my commitment to them but also two of my family members that also own Mercedes Benz'. All I can say is that with people like Richie and his team providing service, no other dealership or car maker can beat a Mercedes!
