Excellent experience I have owned MB for over 10 years and have done business with a few dealerships, but in none of them have I received the level of customer service tha I have owned MB for over 10 years and have done business with a few dealerships, but in none of them have I received the level of customer service that I received from the service Dept at coral gables, specially from Ana. You usually get treated very well by sales Dept and when you take the car for service you wonder what happened. In this case it was different.
