Everyone hates having to go out of their way to get their car service. My brakes were making noise and I took my car into the dearlership to see what was wrong with them. She was extremely professional and understanding and worked as efficiently as possible to make sure that my time would not be wasted at the dealership. She created my work order and walked me to the loaner counter. She then called me to inform me that my car was ready and when I told her I would be on my way to get my car, she made sure that my car was ready for me once I arrived, so I didn't have to spend unnecessary time waiting. I did not have a pleasant experience with the sales dept. at this dealership once I tried to buy my Mercedes ML350 which I was leasing. Due to the economy, my credit was not that great and the Gables Mercedes did not go the extra mile for me. However, the reason why I enjoy servicing my car with Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables is my service advisor, Lorena Renteria. She is the best. She anticipates all of my needs. She makes sure that my car is serviced and informs me of costly repairs beforehand. She is personable, caring, and is a perfect example of what great customer service is. I had a bad experience with their sales department, but I cannot say enough about how great their service advisor, Lorena Renteria is. Their service dept. should learn from her. More
