Perfect. Everyone at Cutler Bay was great. We were looking online for a particular model and Bernie reached out to us with the perfect car. We discussed the ca Everyone at Cutler Bay was great. We were looking online for a particular model and Bernie reached out to us with the perfect car. We discussed the car via telephone and made arrangements. We flew in from California and they even offered to pick us up at the air port. That wasn't necessary so we agreed to meet early on a Friday morning. My sister drove us over in her Mercedes and we met Bernie immediately. We went over the E250 and it was just what we wanted. Bernie and Hugo got the paper work taken care of and we were done in no time. Bernie even answered questions for my sister about her care and changed her license plate frame. Hugo told her if she was unhappy with where she bought her car, she could bring it into them and they would be very happy to take care of her. Driving the E250 is different from my old Mercedes and I called Bernie a few times with questions. He was always wonderful and helpful. He still answers my questions via email. More
