Shopping for a car in South Florida sometime it is not an easy task; however, since my wife and I find Dealer Rater to be a great tool to start the car shopping process we went to one of Mercedes Benz dealer easy task; however, since my wife and I find Dealer Rater to be a great tool to start the car shopping process we went to one of Mercedes Benz dealers with the best rating and also asked to work with Agustin (Augie) Canamero for the same reason. First and foremost, the ratings, comments that consumers have made about Mr. Canamero in the Dealers Raters website are all true! Mr. Canamero is a true professional, very knowledgeable and pasionate about the product he sells and take its time to explain every single detail. Except for a misunderstanding pertaining a trade in (not Mr. Canamero's fault)our experience was very pleasant at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. This is a state of the art facility, well decorated, nice ambience and the best of all, a no pressure atmosphere which is admirable. We also had a great experience with Mr. Guiseppe E. Todisco who did all of the financing. Mr. Todisco is also very knowledgeable at what he does and the best of all we never felt any pressure as we had experience in other dealers in the past. Carmen is calm, professional and knowledgble. She will not pressure one for a sale. The dealership is beautiful! There is pleanty of space and one does not feel there are crowds of people. After having been away from Mercedes fo more than ten years, I decided to just look at a car. The E-350 was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my last Mercedes, an E-320, was damaged in a hur years, I decided to just look at a car. The E-350 was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my last Mercedes, an E-320, was damaged in a hurricane and I had to sell it. From the moment I walked in, Augie helped me look for a car, test drive it and made me feel very welcome. There was no pressure whatsoever in dealing with him throughout the entire time we were there. After having a bad experiences at another dealership, it was a pleasure working with the staff, especially Augie and Mark, at Cutler Bay. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Everyone, from Ewer Aguiar in sales, Mark Winstead in finance, and for the past three years, the Service Dept. with Adam Littman, have been by far, the absolute best in providing great customer service. USA Today on 11-14-11, show BMW as the leader in sales, with Mercedes as number 2; but, I am sure that Mercedes, by far, has the best customer service satisfaction as well as the best pleasureable driving experience. The most positive and professional experience I have had to date when buying a car from a dealer. Ewar was responsive, honest and open. I went to countles dealerships including Carmax, Acura, BMW, Audi, Lexus etc.looking at both pre-owned and new car in a time frame of two days. Mr. Lopez assisted me in getting a car without any hassles and the utmost professionalism... What a pleasant experience... never thought I could say that about looking for cars. Furthermore, Mr. Lopez was very attentive to my needs and wishes, listened, very patient and never for one moment did I feel I was being "rushed" into anything. The whole experience resulted in me getting a car that I am absolutely in love with. I can honestly say that if anyone that I know is looking for a car, I will most definetely urge them to visit this dealership and in specific, speak with Mr. Lopez. Mr. Aguiar, on the other hand, did not waste our time or the company's time by being straightforward about pricing. He was knowledgeable about the production of the vehicles and exhibited great patience while we asked endless questions. Mark in the Business Department has great attention to detail when it comes to executing contracts with customers. He ensures that all numbers and facts stated therein are accurate. Mark also exhibited a great sense of humor that puts customers at ease. Overall, this dealership is a refreshing experience to car buying or leasing. More

Augie showed us what we wanted to see and made it happen. He held the car for me (we were still getting out of a Lexus lease), picked me up at the Lexus dealership and brought me back to pick up my new E350. I also have to say Mark, who helped us in the finance department, was professional, friendly and thorough. He was a pleasure to work with, and again, like Augie, went way out of his way to make this all work for us. Buying a new car should be a positive experience, and usually it is not.....but not at this dealership--it was a very positive experience. Must have a good General Manager, too! More
