What a difference! We shopped at other dealers in the South Florida area and we never felt welcomed in any of the other competitor's showrooms (we are a gay couple). Our current car lease was up and we were "ready to buy" buyers. The moment we entered the showroom we were immediately greeted and were assigned a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant. We test drove a couple of pre-owned CLK's and decided on one that was in their lot. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and trouble-free this whole esxperience was to us. My typical experience with the "financing departments" in car dealerships are white-knuckle and extremely tense. None of which occured here. I absolutely recommend this dealership and when the time comes for another Benz in the driveway I will not hesitate in returning to M-B Cutler Bay. Oh, and by the way, the car itself is a dream! This was my first time purchasing a new car, and I thought walking into a Mercedes dealership was going to be intimidating. I must have looked like a dear in headlights because they gave me the most warm and attentive of sales reps. She was very patient and very descriptive of all of the models I had an eye on, and keeping in line with the budget I had in mind. Never hesitated in spending an additional minute or two explaining in detail the options on the vehicles, and on payment. I also had a great experience with the finance manager, he was also very patient and descriptive. He made sure I understood everything that was taking place and what mine and his obligations would be. I never felt under-minded or taken advantage of. I felt I had the best pricing from the beginning, since I did do some research before heading over, and they beat the pricing I had in mind. To put it plainly, I will never go anywhere else, and I will recommend it to anybody that is looking to purchase a car. More

Although I did not expect that they would have a lease deal within my price range, this misconception was quickly cleared up as the staff strived to show me different options which would allow me to get a lease that I could in fact afford. Even after I left in order to think about it, the staff strived to achieve the excellence that they reached by maintaining active communications with me in order to address my questions. I even visited their competition, and realized that the level of service and care provided by this dealer would be unmatched. Not only did I leave with exactly the car and deal that I wanted, but I am now making plans to go back and obtain a second car from them as soon as my wife's lease expires at the begining of next year. After shopping around and visiting almost every dealer, I can say that Mercedes benz of Cutler Bay was by far the best dealer in the Miami area. Of most importance, everyone should ask for Carmen Arrazola, as this was the only sales person in Miami that I dealt with that I fealt took a real interest in me and my wife's needs, and was not just interested in selling me a car.
