The service department was timely in receiving my car, calling me to explain the car's needs and the time when the car would be ready. He returned my calls as he stated that he would and he had my car ready when he said it would be ready and I was impressed. Great experience. After being on the market for a CPO car for about two months, I decided to give Mercedes of Cutler Bay a try. My father had recently purchased a few cars from them and recommended I go see for about two months, I decided to give Mercedes of Cutler Bay a try. My father had recently purchased a few cars from them and recommended I go see Augie. The experience was quick and pleasant. I bought a car the same day. It was a relief to finally be treated with respect and great service (I had been looking for an Audi throughout South Florida, but was being treated like a "dumb woman" at all the Audi dealerships, which did not make me very happy). Augie was very friendly and polite and straight to the point. He showed me the cars I was interested in and I test drove the one I liked. He worked out the numbers with the finance department and we were done. A quick and painless process. Side note- I was not feeling very well the day of the purchase and the staff was very quick to get me beverages and snacks to help with my light headed-ness. Very impressed with their response to the situation. What impressed me even more was that after I bought the car, the great service continued. I left the car I had driven to the dealership in their garage. When I called Augie a few days later, he had the car towed to my house all the way in Miami Lakes, which is over a 20 mile drive! Also, a month after the purchase, I noticed a crack in the wood. I called up Augie and he had the part ready in a few days. I went into the service department and had the piece changed within the hour. Augie has come through with all the promises he made when I bought the car. So far, all my experiences with the different departments (Sales, finance, service...) at Mercedes of Cutler Bay have been great. I highly recommend this dealership if you desire high quality service. More

He took the time to show us the vehicle we were interested in and all the options available...worked with us on the numbers. we had other interest to pursue so we told Ewer and he was very gracious and respectful in giving the time to weigh our options...We left the facilty feeling quite comfortable and not agressivley taken advantage of... Customer Relations Called to follow up on our experience...And Ewer called to follow up with our search...all very timely and agreeble. We returned on 4/26/10 to consider leasing the E350 2010... Ewer worked with us and according to our budget and our needs He was able to satisfy both. Overall we left there feeling as though we had known Ewer forever as a trusted friend.
