From the moment I walked in I was treated with the finest of customer service. The staff took the time to find out what I was really looking for and they were able to show me a couple vehicles that were ide of customer service. Fabulous customer service, Carmen is the best they have! I previously owned a BMW and was going to purchase another one but after driving the CLS 550 and the wonderful attention that I received. In 30 years of owning Mercedes Benz's in N.Y. N.J and Florida this is far and away the best service department I have vedr encountered. I traveled 150 miles to get to the dealership and was way more tha Florida this is far and away the best service department I have vedr encountered. I traveled 150 miles to get to the dealership and was way more than satisfied. I was in the automobile and truck service for over 30 years and am not easily impressed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody am confident that the sales department is as professional as the serrvice department. More
