From the moment I requested service and my vehicle get towed into the service department, I rece My experience has been impressive, to say the least. From the moment I requested service and my vehicle get towed into the service department, I received text messages to let me know who my contact would be within the service department, who was to arrive to tow my vehicle, as well as when they were in route. I then received a message to let me know my vehicle had arrived to the service department, followed by a phone call to ensure they had an understanding of my issues/concerns. I was informed that the service department was unusually busy so it would take a few days to get to my vehicle, yet Jose Castillo continued to keep me informed and let me know the assigned technician. Once my vehicle was in, I received a video of the inspection and mad arrangements to pick up my vehicle. What more can you possibly expect? More

Something great but with room for improvement. My Service Advisor Herbert Kanzki is absolutely the best. His customer service is superior, his technical savvy is remarkable, and his listening skills are second to none. I keep returning to this location primarily because of the excellent standard in service provided by Mr. Kanzki and Mr. David Appleton. One area of concern is that there seems to be no diversity in employees even though the area is located in a diverse community. The dealership should work on reflecting the community in its employees so that more individuals would feel comfortable visiting the location. My last visit was not so pleasant by the greeters. I was ignored because I did not look like them. Mr. Kanzki eventually came out and saved the day for the dealership. Kudos to Herbert for a job well done! More
