Great Work and Excellent Customer Service! I took the car for complaining about noise coming from the engine after service was completed. The service manager was very nice and listened patientl I took the car for complaining about noise coming from the engine after service was completed. The service manager was very nice and listened patiently to all my concerns. He provided me with a loaner even though I didn’t make a prior reservation and fixed all the problems. The advisor kept me informed during the process. The price was reasonable! More

Professional, courteous, clean and timely! Service advisor Kevin LaPlanche was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We have an older car that is out of warranty but Mr. LaPlanche m Service advisor Kevin LaPlanche was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We have an older car that is out of warranty but Mr. LaPlanche made us feel as a valued customer. He was patient and answered all our questions regarding what service was required for the car. Warning light came on My C300 is a little over a year old and a warning light came on related to my seatbelt/airbags in the driver’s side. I was able to get an appointment My C300 is a little over a year old and a warning light came on related to my seatbelt/airbags in the driver’s side. I was able to get an appointment for the next day (a Saturday). When I arrived, it took about 15 minutes to drop off the car and get a complimentary rental. They kept me apprised if when my car would be ready. When I picked it up, it only took about about 15 minutes from arrival to departure. They were courteous and efficient. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, it will definitely be to this dealership! More
