Hello, my name is Jacqueline Reyes and the reason why I’m giving MErcedes Benz Of Cutler Bay 5 Stars is because they give beyond exceptional service. My first Mercedes was a purchase at the Coral Gables location in 1994. I continued to lease at that location for years and on day I decided to drive to you cutler bay location totally out of my way when I was getting close to change my car that was in 2010. The service the minute I walked in was amazing. I was impressed with the store and everyone. I met Herminio wonderful person who introduced me to sales adviser Oliver Ortiz who has such increadible costumer service and personality. After being there for the first 10 minutes I said from now on This will be my dealer! And to this day I’ve been loyal to MErcedes Benz for 25 years and 9 to Cutler Bay. I dropped off my car at the service department because I was feeling a vibration when I would apply the break and a rattling noise that was coming from the rearview mirror. I received a call from the service advisor that the rosters were bad and that they weren’t under warranty due to that my car was over 10,000 miles / over a year old. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. My car is only 17 months! Well I was very unhappy with that I was told since I’ve never had to change breaks on my cars and never the less heard about heading to replace roaters. I contacted Oliver Ortiz and explain what was going on. He said give me some time I’m going to look into it. He call back and said I got you back you have nothing to worry about! He spoke with Luis Gutierrez the GM and took care of my car. Now that is the reason why I’m with Mercedes Benz of Cutler bay they go beyond excellent customer service.
