He is prompt with my appts and always follows up. He is courteous and well informed. I also appreciate that I am provided with a loaner if the car will be taking longer than a certain amount of time. In fact, I stopped having my service at Pembroke Pines because loaners seemed to be always unavailable. I do wish that sometimes costs were a bit more reasonable or there was flexibility with loyal customers. For example, I am experiencing a leak in my car. Unfortunately the quote is exorbitantly high. I have been doing all of my services at Cutler but this may be one that I may have done elsewhere. More
