Spectacular experience at CBMB w Vernon Chang and his team I had bought my car and had prior service at Miami MB. I grew more dissatisfied w them as time went on. Vernon was waiting for me as I walked in; he listened carefully as I explained my car's problems and wrote everything down on the RO accurately; he called me regularly and quickly returned my calls as the service process went on; the loaner car was great (I hated to return it !!); and each and every one of my car's issues was addressed and the car is running perfectly now.
